Good to know
Do I need to share my phone number to join a community?
You sign in with your phone number, but nobody else in the community ever sees it. Other members see an alias; the creator sees your display name and plan.
Can members message each other?
No. Messages go between a member and the creator only. There are no member profiles, no member directory and no member-to-member chat, by design.
How do refunds work?
Each kind of sale has its own rule, shown before you pay: courses and subscriptions, tickets with a refund window, bookings with free cancellation until a date, and market returns. Money returns to the same account within 5–7 working days. See the refund policy.
How do creators get paid?
After verification, sales settle to your bank account or UPI ID. Physical goods settle after delivery; events settle half on day one and the rest after the event.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. It is scheduled for 30 days so a change of mind can undo it; after that it is erased. Details on the account deletion page.
